Every person has a spiritual aspect to who they are. How we engage with our spirituality may vary from person to person.

At times we can be consciously aware of our own spirituality and are acutely aware that we are part of something larger and more mysterious than ourselves. At other times, our ability to connect with that aspect of ourselves can be somewhat difficult.

A Spiritual Director is not a counsellor, but someone who comes alongside people as they attempt to deepen their relationship with the divine, or to learn and grow in their personal spirituality. My role is to listen and ask questions to assist you in your process of reflection and spiritual growth, helping you to notice where the mystery and quiet work of God is already at work and present in your life.

As a spiritual person and pastor, I offer over 25 years experience in walking alongside people as they unravel the mysteries of their own spirituality. My approach is non judgemental, and I acknowledge that everyone's path is different.
